Applications need to be made 45 days in advance of the conference event and budget needs to be spent by the end of Grant Period 1 (30<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">\u00a0April 2019).<\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Up to a maximum of EUR 2 500 in total can be afforded to each successful applicant;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Up to a maximum of EUR 160 per day can be afforded for accommodation and meal expenses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Up to a maximum of EUR 500 can be claimed for the conference fees to be incurred by the selected Grantee.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">In order to start an application apply, the applicant encodes a CG application by logging into e-COST and clicking on the\u00a0<span id=\"m_-25098848858764728080.13868210332525233\" class=\"m_-2509884885876472808highlight\">ITC<\/span>\u00a0Conference\u00a0<span id=\"m_-25098848858764728080.7263121993524784\" class=\"m_-2509884885876472808highlight\">Grants<\/span>\u00a0tab and fills in the requested fields. This implies that applicants must register a profile with\u00a0<\/span><a id=\"m_-2509884885876472808LPlnk822487\" class=\"m_-2509884885876472808OWAAutoLink\" href=\"https:\/\/e-services.cost.eu\/user\/login\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=https:\/\/e-services.cost.eu\/user\/login\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1526803593270000&amp;usg=AFQjCNH-uVWibTKZEVyKHQkhoDVflhg0jA\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">e-COST<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">.
